Shortly before Lazada PH‘s six-year anniversary, I talked to its co-founder and (former) CEO Inanc Balci on the company’s history, track record and pain points, and immediate/future steps.
He left Lazada soon after this interview (just two months later – so like most people, we were really surprised by it). But most of what was said here did push through for 2018, and Lazada still enjoys a huge lead over other Philippine e-commerce platforms today.
